Agreed

Almost like the way McKinnon left. Ward PR baby goes to NYJ or MIA to play for Fangio.

We need to replace Moseley with a legit #2 CB if he doesn't come back. Although with hisinjury, he might not be the same either. Don't resign Verrett either.

Aiyuk and Bosa are priority extension.

Restructure/extend Arik and sign some vet DL depth. Maybe DJ is available?

Replace Mitchell

All smiles and talked about himself. Like he didn't give a s**t anymore.

Damn, I figured he would be one of the guys that was besides himself. The window is just about closed on some of these vets.

I dont blame him. The team f"d him over and forced him to play out of position. When it comes to teams and players, This is a business, teams F over players and throw them away whenever they're not needed anymore all the time. Teams do what's best for teams and players should do what's best for them. Dont need to get butthurt. U just a fan. Dont let it get personal
In a Win Now window it will be critical how they manage the QB situation IMO.

Lance likely won't get us a Lombardi next season.
Jimmy G has maturity on his side and could get the team there.
Purdy is probably done based on what we saw with his attitude on the sideline after the injury
Brady is a geniune option but would possibly limit getting the OL, DL and CB positions filled.
Draft diamond in the rough with few picks. Do we really want to roll that dice again? Probably have to get another cheap backup anyway.

LOL
I mean he looked like a lost puppy. When Mahomies when down he was pumping his team up on the sideline. I know he has done enormously well but he has plenty of room to grow as a leader. Couple this with the type of injury he has with a weaker than average arm to start with he will have some mountains to climb.
-The injury could end him on it's own but MRI will give us arm chair critics an answer
-If he is back in time for camp then let him compete with Lance. However, Lance is not the answer for our Win Now window for the 6th next season.
- Jimmy has the experience and may be preferrred.
-Brady may be there and would probably groom someone more like Lance
-There may be another Draftee....

A lot of ifs I know. He has the stuff inside. Today was a major set back. Sliding doors, open windows, underdog etc. etc. but if I was a betting man?

Post that interview if you have it.

I thought he was cool. I don't think we can pay him so it doesn't matter.

From that list, only Al-Shaair, Brendel, ?Gipson, Gould (if he wants to). Ward as well if the price is right. I want Moseley as well but I think he will be too costly despite the ACL...unless he takes a 1 year prove it deal.
