Impossible challenge. The announcers the 49ers couldn't see that it was incomplete. Only the Eagles knew that it was incomplete. That's why they snapped the ball immediately. Maybe someday there will be a way to overturn a bogus play like that.

Shanny quote says the replay was never shown. Chalk it up to home field advantage.

Not only that, but the replay that was shown made Shanny think it was a legit catch, so he decided to not challenge it based on that. Just sucks.

Still, if Purdy gets more than two pass attempts off before getting injured the game is still winnable. Even without Purdy the defense kept it close for CMC to tie it up. Just couldn't sustain it further than that.

Hufuanga was staring right at it and didn't say anything. tough to see in real time but the expectation is that you have all eyes on it in the New York office since it is the only game going.

You honestly cannot tell what half was looking at, you're getting an off-center camera view.

working in photography years ago, I learned that angles are is extremely deceptive.
