They're not stupid. Just simple minded. Trust me I lived there. To turn football is just "big man hit big man". They really don't understand the game beyond that. Let them enjoy the moment. They'll burn the city to the ground if KC wins the SB. It'll be quite the spectacle

Not impressed with your team at all, but y'all capitalized on the situation and won like you should have there. Sometimes you need a little luck to get to the SB. But y'all are going to need a whole lot more to win that game in 2 weeks. Good luck.

Its crazy, but to me it felt like our best game against a mobile qb lol..

I still haven't talked to my family. They're all Eagles fans. My mom and brother tried to facetime me yesterday wanting to speak to my 4 year old. I ignored the call. They can f*ck right off. This is their penalty for winning. They lost a son and a brother

I hate both these teams so it's hard to root for either, but I'm really tired of hearing Eagles fans say that it didn't matter that Purdy got hurt, we would have lost anyways. That is just s**tting on how good of a team we had to make it that far with a 3rd string QB! I believe it would have at least been close had he not gotten hurt. I never root for injuries cause it is these players livelihood and they aren't the ones talking s**t afterward, but it would be funny karma if Hurtz got hurt 5 minutes into the game, then they proceeded to get blown out with their backup. Then we could give them the "next man up", "it didn't matter, they were going to lose anyway" BS I've been seeing since the game.

There's really no way of knowing how the game plays out if Purdy stays in. He went out on the like the 6th play, it wasn't like you guys beat him up or hit him hard, it was just an unfortunate play. Josh Johnson was a deer in headlights out there, so no surprise he got rocked, but we were definitely robbed of a great game on a flukey injury.

You were gifted a TD, and another on a fumbled kick-off.
You played against a #4 QB that wasn't passing the ball at all, and to be honest, shouldn't even be in league. It's not hard to block the box knowing every play is run run run. And still they were able to run the ball against it, so if pass plays were eligible, the game would have turned out quite differently.
Yes, Niners defense gave up A LOT of penalties, gifting the birds 1st downs. Wasn't like the birds earned those yards.
Defense held the birds quite well, but after being gassed, it was inevitable.

Well, we also did score 31 points on your top defense. So no matter what, we earned the win. There's no debate.

If we could stop the gloating and be honest. We handed you seven that shouldn't of been. By half we have no QB. It was over. Can you imagine being on D knowing there is no hope and no QB. You are going to lose intensity. You just are. It's human nature. I will congratulate you but looking at the stats at half without Brock they were almost dead even. Not very outstanding on your teams part. If Brock hadn't of gone out, I firmly believe we win. It would have fed the defense not deflate them.

Exactly. Sometimes it's better to be lucky than good. Hopefully that good lucks stays with your team and Mahomies doesn't heal properly in time for the SB!

Judging by the game it probably a 33-21 49ers win. You had no offense and 49ers defense wouldn't of been pressing as much without the QB issues. so you wouldn't be gifted 1st downs. 49ers also wouldn't be going for the block punt if they had a QB so no roughing the punter.

It's a completely different game with a component QB that can sustain drives and score points. Your offense honestly didn't impress me, particularly Hurts.

Joe Burrow got hit harder multiple times on Sunday and finished the game. Purdy has been hit harder. It was just an unfortunate injury that I feel robbed us of a win. Even after spotting you guys 7 on the Devonta drop
