I told y'all my Eagles would be ready. Your team highly underestimated my Eagles. Plus, thank your fans for dressing up the Rocky statue. Opposing teams are 0-4 in CG's against us when doing that. Love my Eagles!!
You sure showed us! I'm surprised your Eagles were able to shut down Josh Johnson and a QB had a torn ligament in his elbow. What an accomplishment!
My D knocked both your QBs out of the game. That's what they were supposed to do, then we dominated y'all afterwards. Plain and simple. Y'all were cocky all week along with your players. Then some of your fans even went to the Rocky status and put a 49ers jersey on it. That will always spark my city. I said it was a big mistake for 9ers for 9ers fans to do that. Minnesota fans did the same, and we pretty much beat y'all by the same score. Minn - 38-7, 9ers 31-7. Go Birds!!
If Brock was still in the game, my money would still be on the Niners.
You were gifted a TD, and another on a fumbled kick-off.
You played against a #4 QB that wasn't passing the ball at all, and to be honest, shouldn't even be in league. It's not hard to block the box knowing every play is run run run. And still they were able to run the ball against it, so if pass plays were eligible, the game would have turned out quite differently.
Yes, Niners defense gave up A LOT of penalties, gifting the birds 1st downs. Wasn't like the birds earned those yards.
Defense held the birds quite well, but after being gassed, it was inevitable.
My defense is tough, and you're team underestimated it. It's that simple. I'm convinced we would have won rather Purdy was in or not. We would have been all over him the entire game. Most analysts agree. KC will be a tough test, but I truly believe we'll pull out the win.
"My defense"
Literally Uncle Rico. You going to tell us about how you can throw a football over the mountains, too?

There's really no way of knowing how the game plays out if Purdy stays in. He went out on the like the 6th play, it wasn't like you guys beat him up or hit him hard, it was just an unfortunate play. Josh Johnson was a deer in headlights out there, so no surprise he got rocked, but we were definitely robbed of a great game on a flukey injury.
Well, we also did score 31 points on your top defense. So no matter what, we earned the win. There's no debate.
If we could stop the gloating and be honest. We handed you seven that shouldn't of been. By half we have no QB. It was over. Can you imagine being on D knowing there is no hope and no QB. You are going to lose intensity. You just are. It's human nature. I will congratulate you but looking at the stats at half without Brock they were almost dead even. Not very outstanding on your teams part. If Brock hadn't of gone out, I firmly believe we win. It would have fed the defense not deflate them.
Good Luck. I have one hope. I really do hope we get you again in the championship game 2023.
Eagles won't even be in the playoffs next season.

Holy cow
Eagle fans are the classiest fans in the league.
we knocked out both your quarterback. That's what we are supposed to do. Give us credit
if you have to win by injuring someone I will never give you credit. Stay humble and be fortunate you advanced.
you didn't beat our best shot. Lucky circumstances got you the win. Both QBs got hurt. I guess headhunting is a skill. who knew?
again 28 points were aided by luck and fortune. Replay didn't happen. Refs and penalties extended drives a QB that didn't want to be there (that was our fault for not getting a better backup). A questionable running into the kicker penalty.
I used to think cowboy fans were upnoxious. But Eagle fans are a whole new level of hubris and idiocy
Good Luck actually playing a real QB for once in the playoffs.
You are gonna need it

The Eagles got one of the luckiest roads to the SB. This is the worst part about it. Opposing teams fans thinking they earned it. To the victor go the spoils I guess. If this were in reverse, i'd be happy I won but i'd shut up about it. Even if Minshew went in and we beat him, I wouldn't brag about it. I really think the Chiefs are going to smack them in a couple weeks

Lol "my defense, my city" , acting like he's the mayor of Philly
Still has to pay the taxes like the rest of the sheeple that live there and I'm pretty certain that the city doesn't give 2 s**ts about him

They played nobody in the regular season. They played a hapless Giants team in the first playoff game. Then a team with no QBs. I have no respect for this Eagles team. And if they do win, it will be their last under this coach. One and done.

We saw the effects of those bad losses to Denver and Chicago. If we had won those the NFC championship would have been at home. Philly wouldn't have had 2 extra days to prepare and rest.

This was a marquee game that looked like a great matchup on paper. A few minutes into the game it was over. The NFL needs to revisit the issue of carrying an emergency QB. Even if they use special rules for the playoffs that allow an additional QB or maybe 3 or 4 additional players. There's no reason they couldn't do it. The NFL generates too much money and interest to have games end like this. My guess is that the ratings for the 2nd half were terrible.

While I agree, a QB behind JJ wouldn't have made the end result any different.

We really didn't play anyone either and lost to three of the worst teams in football. We have to start better next year and take care of business against bad teams.

Maybe he wouldn't have been behind JJ. If the rules were different then maybe they would have someone better. Remember, JJ was only there because JG got injured. Before that JJ was Brock.

I was going to say "Behind JJ????" I'd rather have Brendel just snap it directly to CMC, and avoid the chance of yet another QB fumble. Everyone knew every play was going to be another run play anyway.

Johnson had experience in the system and would be unlikely to be passed on the DC by whoever else was available. Kurt Benkert or Jacob Eason isn't going to be much of a difference.

where did that Eagle fan run off to?
I'll be awaiting him after the SB when the Eagles lose

Probably still beating his chest about beating our #1 defense. You know all 3.8 yards per play high flying eagles offense against a defense on the field for 2/3 of the game and an offense without a QB. I mean we averaged 3.6 per play without a QB.
