Completely disagree.

We were fighting and it was a one score game with a minute before half. Then our 4th string QB couldn't even handle a snap and fumbled.

After the half and when Johnson went out, then you could maybe say they gave up. Hell we had zero chance at that point, I don't blame them.
I mean easy. It was not having a QB that could actually throw a football lol. The defense had to take chances and play intense…which lead to a f**k ton of penalties.

when Brock got hurt, it was game over.

has to be coaching. Just has to be…

It's injuries every damn year with us. We have had terrible luck.

This year we went into the playoffs being way healthier than we have ever been. Then our surprise starting QB that has been looking really good went down. No team can overcome having your 4th string QB come in. Most teams completely fold after their starter goes down.

It took 3 gun shots to the head(Lance, Jimmy G, Purdy) to finally take us out.

It was an unfortunate thing. It had nothing to do with lack of trying, it's the NFCC you're playing the best of the best…anyone who thought SF stood a chance with Josh Johnson and CMC out there at QB is being incredibly stupid.

SF, like every other team needs an elite level QB. You might be able to get by into the playoffs with avg to above avg QB play, come late into the playoffs and the SB you gotta beat all the Burrow/Allen/Mahomes/Hurts of the NFL (usually more than one). IMO we don't have that yet. Maybe that's Brock (I'm not sold on that just yet, same with Lance) but this game was over when we lost a QB that could atleast throw the ball and run the offense.

Imagine watching that game an thinking coaching was the issue. The QB got hurt. Like damn near every other team in the league when you lose your starter it's f**king real hard to win. Let alone starting freaking Josh Johnson in the NFCC. Philly is 0-2 when Hurts got hurt. Baltimore is a shell of team when Jackson is out. You got some "fans" in here championing guys like Tomlin and Payton, who have won s**t without HOF QBs. Cool Tomlin hasn't gone sub .500 and sometimes squeaks into the playoffs based off other teams f**k ups…if that was Kyle ya'll be screaming for his head.

people in here downplay the importance of a QB. The league is setup for those elite level guys to rule the league. You can't be consistently real good (and win it all) with avg QB play. IF you don't have that dude you should be consistently trying to get him.

This wasn't even a real game.

We got robbed of a good football game….6 offensive plays into it.
The team put up decent effort all things considered. We just screwed going for points at the end of half. Can't blame them for it but you got to play conservative with a backup who doesn't have much reps. Once he fumbled it and Philly scored again before the half it was over.

Tired of the QBs getting injured. Get Rodgers and go all in. I hate him but I'm tired of this crap

Rodgers was hurt this year and at this point in his career it's not going to get any better.
Just sucks, we didn't get to show them who we really are.
I thought the D was playing well enough for us to win.
Looked like Brocky had things rolling before he got hurt.
The boys fought hard for a while until then they got frustrated. Happens.
Team started resorting to desperate measures to stay in the game with penalties trying to make something happen.
I was proud the 9ers that they didn't give up, that last drive when Brocky could only hand off they tried to execute a flawless running game against a stacked box.
We fans got ripped off, wasn't even a real game after we lost BCB, we fought for awhile, then just tried to put on the best face on it and get it over with.
Hope BCB's ligament did not rupture, wait and see what the MRI says.
Now onto the offseason antics, we are going to have a better team next season.
Tough way to go out, but I thoroughly enjoyed 9ers play (and the drama) this year. Brock Purdy, what an amazing story thus far!

For me…
-We couldn't give them our best due to QB injuries
- Referee only allowed Philly to play physical and flagged us when we matched their energy.

I get what you're saying but it's not like that play was an INT, sack/fumble, etc. He flat out dropped a perfect snap and couldn't even recover it. No play call or decision matters with that.
One of the worst things..next day..instead of thinking of AZ, thinking this still really sucks & about how the mri gunna turn out. Not good next day champ game feelings for sure. 😑 meh
Worst part was a real contest never even took place. Undisputed just gave the dumbest ass f**king take about this game possible. You've got a Hall of Fame TE on the show and both idiots gave a nine on a scale of 1-10 how impressive the Eagles were winning that game. Their analysis and commentary was just f**king stupid. Totally irresponsible horses**t to push a dumber than f**k narrative.
