Lets be kinder to ourselves and stop any talk about "curses"

It really does nothing for our mental health as fans. There is no Levis curse or Shanny curse or injury curse or jersey on the Rocky statue curse. This is football, the most chaotic sport out there. Freak crap happens, and we just have been on the wrong end of it a disproportionate amount over the last few years. I don't believe in superstitious crap like curses, but I do believe in statistics. Law of averages tells us that things will even out eventually. This is a great team and coaching staff. Just gotta keep the faith that with enough attempts, this 49ers team will finally break through and win it all. Lets keep the faith, go Niners!
Agreed. Gotta vent for mental health and then move along. It's just a game......

Never took to the curse thing......but there is something going on when that game was so lop-sided in officiating and injuries. The teams were not that mismatched in talent.

Its not a curse. I think it might be that the East Coast primarily disliked the past successes and loves to make 49ers pay. The team also knocked out the NFL's Pinup Team.... Shanahan seems to lead his team by fire and brimstone and leads to overstepping or appearing to break the rules and when the focus is on you from the refs they will not miss one call against them.

But how do you as a fan reconcile such a$$ hattery? Dribble on ourselves for the next 8-9 months in the multiple QB threads. And thats where I will be.
It's been 11 years of this crap, plus another 16 years prior to that of playoff futility and mediocrity in general. Maybe it'll even out over the course of a century, but how many of us will be alive to see it? Sorry, but my mental health has gone out the window with how we lost this one lol.

hang in there man, all it takes is one year where the ball bounces our way. lets take solace in that we have a great coach and roster

time to move back to sf. burn down levis and build a new stadium.
Its not a curse. They've just had a s**t offensive line for years and years. And no, I don't give a rats ass what PFF has to say about it. As far as I'm concerned, I never want to hear them say our oline is good ever again. Its dog s**t year after year and is only highly rated because they're good at run blocking. But they can't stop dominating pass rushers and even struggled against Dallas last week. You don't get 4 quarterbacks injured in a season and get to call yourself a decent o line and blame "freak accidents"

I'm all for it. The problem is where and who will pay for it?🤔
Nah…it's definitely the Rocky statue. No way we're only puttin up 7 pts if Brock wasn't hurt.
Brock getting injured out of the game after losing two QBs this season is unheard of. It definitely obvious when we lost Josh Johnson, just to remove all doubt.

jk…but it does make you wonder…

The quarterbacks we have aren't helping themselves avoiding injury. It's like they almost enjoy it.😂
