Its not a curse. They've just had a s**t offensive line for years and years. And no, I don't give a rats ass what PFF has to say about it. As far as I'm concerned, I never want to hear them say our oline is good ever again. Its dog s**t year after year and is only highly rated because they're good at run blocking. But they can't stop dominating pass rushers and even struggled against Dallas last week. You don't get 4 quarterbacks injured in a season and get to call yourself a decent o line and blame "freak accidents"

The quarterbacks we have aren't helping themselves avoiding injury. It's like they almost enjoy it.😂

Nah…it's definitely the Rocky statue. No way we're only puttin up 7 pts if Brock wasn't hurt.
Brock getting injured out of the game after losing two QBs this season is unheard of. It definitely obvious when we lost Josh Johnson, just to remove all doubt.

jk…but it does make you wonder…

Its not the Rocky statue. Fans did the same thing last year and we won

Football for ya.
Ok. So what do we need to sacrifice at the foot of Mt. Lombardi?
In 2018, it was Jimmys ACL for Nick Bosa (who is pretty much a demigod himself)
We have now sacrificed Treys ankle, Jimmys foot and now Brocks elbow.
We suffered through Chip and Jimmy Tomsuler for Kyle and two great defense coordinators.
Really wish these losses wouldn't crush me like they do.

I've been numb since 3pm. They also always find unique new ways to shatter ya...a KW fumble, a failed TD attempt (twice..super bowl and NFCCG vs seattle in 2013); a collapse against KC; back breaking INT and collapse last year....

but this one.

This may even be more frustrating and devastating because they never even got the chance to play the game. Left with a "what coulda been" and we'll never know.

I truly wonder if they'll ever win a super bowl because the more shortcomings they stack...the harder it gets and more likely it seems they'll continue to doom themselves. Horribly unlucky and when they're not unlucky, they have a meltdown like they did against KC or the Rams last year.
I don't know about curses but can we PLEASE PLEASE finally lock up that stupid injury thread.

well here's something that might be comforting. every year is a different team. there are some changes year over year among the roster and coaching staff. the players and coaches that return, learn something from past years and failures. so combining those 2 facts, each year may be the team that puts it all together and gets us that elusive 6th ring. it's not like we are the exact same team losing the exact same way and thus will never be capable. i believe that this team learned from 2021 and 2019 and were poised to take it this year, but unfortunately events out of their control prevented that. but who is to say this cast plus some additions and subtractions doesn't succeed next year? just gotta keep the faith
just s**t luck

only one year kyle had his qb1 from start to finish and it resulted in a super bowl appearance

But we just say this every year and the same thing keeps happening--the fact that it happens regardless of coaching staff and roster, in much the same fashion (this one was different because they never even had a chance and lost cuz of injury)...is what fuels little hope.

It seems much harder to lose four championship games and 2 super bowls than it does to just win ONE of them. JUST ONE! Hell, it feels like if you get six shots you'd almost win one by accident...if not two or three.

It gets really tiring.
Like I said…looks like the gods of Mt. Lombardi have asked for Purdys elbow.
is this enough for you now!?!?
