As a side note, I don't get why coordinators leave after a couple seasons of success. Ryans must see what Salah is going through. He must see what McDaniels is going through. I'd want to stay until the nucleus of the team is at least gone. Why leave a SB contending team to coach the Texans. I'm sure there will be more opportunities next year.
