Tell that to Kyle. Tell him he's nuts because I know what Hurts was his first couple years. I know he's in the Super Bowl now. I think Trey can be as least as good and then we still have Purdy. Draft another young guy and do the work PHI did

Kyle isn't saying we lost yesterday because of Jalen Hurts, brother.

Or he just turns out to be a subpar NFL QB and the team wasted a wide open window for no reason. Trent Williams is going to be 35 next season, guys are getting older, there's going to be a point where they won't be able to bring back everyone, next year is probably as good as the roster will get for a few years. Play with the training wheels after you do everything possible to go finally win a 6th SB. Getting McCaffrey was a "we're all in" move.

I don't see anyway that the 49ers don't at least approach Brady and see what his demands look like. They passed on him once after people were saying that he was done, I don't think they'll make that mistake a second time.

So, sacrifice 2023. Got it.

I was willing to do that in 2022. Now with McCaffrey and Williams a year older, and Bosa getting a huge contract I am against that. I'd rather kick the Lance/Purdy can down the road an extra year. They'll both still be under 25 in 2024.

When you have picks and money you kee finding and drafting talent. I have faith we can because I am old enough to remember where our roster was before John and Kyle got here. They together used their picks and money wisely to build this top two roster and I trust them to do it year after year over and over again

That ship sailed when Lance broke his ankle. Gotta win now with this roster. Philly had the luxury of taking a mulligan on the 2021 season. That was our choice for 2022. Lance getting injured ruined that. Can't just repeat that in 2023.

Get ready because we're going to and as I said when PHI beat us it just proved my point. Kyle wants a superstar QB because we keep getting beaten by them no matter how much he schemes and how good our defenses are. Mahomes shredded us in under five minutes. Hurts just embarrassed presided over an embarrassing loss this past week as he and his team gloated in our faces

Enough

Time for us to put in this work!
Hurts wasn't the least bit impressive in Sundays game to attribute the outcome of that game in anyway to him being a so called superstar is laughable, never once have I came away from watching him play and wished he was my QB.

That's the absolute tip top best result. It is extremely unlikely, and there's next to no evidence to support even the possibility.
I just can't believe due to circumstance we now need to talk half off season about Brady. The other half about bringing Jimmy back. Please let the insanity end. Groom Trey. Groom Brock.

It will be if we go chasing expensive vets and forego developing our guys. John and Kyle didn't inherit this team as currently constructed so I trust them to continue to add and stack players via the draft and FA. We need to let them do their jobs and trust them

Or Brady turns into a pumpkin finally with Father Time catching up. The most likely scenario.

The core of this team has a window of 5 years easy. Really only will have to replace Trent.

if we are doing everything we can to go get ring 6 then go get Lamar Jackson.

Not King Brady. Never. He can play to 60 now. The new 23.

We want a ring not a 50 mil qb who won't play in January.

Yes I know Trey will forever be terrible. Got it.

Worth the risk, IMO. Sometimes you need to push all in. 2023 with Brady is that time. If Purdy was assured to be back in may I'd feel differently, but he's unlikely to be available at full strength until 2024. I like Lance, but he's not worth the risk. Doing the same thing that failed in 2022 again in 2023 is not good enough.

If the York's goal is to win a SB, then Kyle's time is about up. Only Kyle goes into a must win season 7 with every qb in the Bay Area hurt.😬😬🫣🫣🤢

5 more years easy, lol. You're dreaming.
