They should be drafting a QB every year considering how many QB's keep getting put on IR on this team.

Or we could keep drafting the guys that help prevent the QBs from being put on IR every season.

Trent Williams prime is going by here and not a single Bay Area Silicon Valley tech firm is stepping to the plate with advanced cloning techniques. That is the prob.

I like Haener but he was a bit injury prone himself in college.

That's why he's a perfect fit! The only way to defeat the injury curse is to stockpile enough injury prone QBs that eventually the two will cancel each other out.

Brilliant!! Works with light and sound among other things. Who are we to argue with science?

If Brock can't start the season give Lance 4-5 games to see what he does, if it's not impressive pull him.

This, is NOT encouraging!

Hummmm, I wonder what the vets on the team think of this

Yep like I said. You're about to see the Kyle Shanahan era go down in flames. 7 years no dividends. Sticking to his "guns" and going with ?quarterbacking on a loaded offense.

EPIC FAIL !

How coaches in the league have had more success than Kyle over the past 6 seasons?
You can count them on one hand.
Kyle's job is secure.

It will be as long as the fan base continues to congratulate him on almost making it to the SB…

Dr, I'm gonna guess you are a proctologist after all the we gonna get bent over and take it style posts lol

Lol.

Right. And then we end up in a similar situation where we go on the road in the playoffs to play the next big blockbuster team that will emerge next season and get the horse s**t kicked out of us.

Of course Kyle did get us back in the playoffs so we'll pat him on the back and say, LET'S RUN IT AGAIN ! Lather, rinse, and repeat….the motto of the current day 49ers.

That's pretty much how it should be No need to rush Purdy back, let him get fully healthy. If Trey is not that guy than insert Purdy after 4-5 games.

Ya bc our QBs getting injured in that game has nothing to do with us losing, Kyle just got out coached. Tomsula could've won that game easily!

And how dare Kyle put a TE on a DE on a play action pass. It's not like that's football 101! Kyle needs to listen to the fans more and not how actual football is played.

We should be the blockbuster team. If Trey can't win 2-3 games we move on.
Brock will be back for Week 1. Relax.

Let's hope because I just can't believe all this let Trey Lance start 4-5 games to see if he can figure things out then if he doesn't show promise, put Purdy back in. Translating that it says, let's punt any chance at home field advantage, thus ending the best chance at getting to the Super Bowl next season, but the most important thing is Lance gets to start games. SMH, I thought the goal was to win a SB while this window with the current star players remains slightly open. Like last season, I'm just not interested in trying to develop a QB on the job while wasting away a potent roster. That is why I was not onboard with drafting the rawest 1st rd QB seen in a long time to a Super Bowl Caliber roster. If we decide to tear it down and rebuild, then by all means throw Trey out there and let him take his lumps with the rest of the team for the next several years.

I think we have potential to win a SB with Lance. People are sleeping on him over a few meaningless games.

How about a TE that can block.

You do understand that Kittle doesn't take every single snap, right?

Uh huh. This is fun. Now do it again except explain what happened last year…

If Brock is still hurt that's what we have to do.
