Anything he's ever said about the team in regards to Xs and Os. He should stick to reporting the news.

Facts also in 2015 Matt Ryan missed zero games. Whoever made this list seems to be all over the place with it. It also doesn't say if this is counting just the starter or backups as well and if this caused any missed games. If we are including minor injuries…EVERY QB In the league has a "unique injury" practically every other week.
Yeah, I don't understand that list either hence the LOL...
"...unique QB injuries"
2015 should be 0 for sure unless he showed up on an injury report but still was able to play? Is that what he was trying to capture? There was one year Jimmy was on I.R. twice in one season...how do you count that if it's the same injury?
Either way, looks like Kyle's just been very unlucky. LOL.

I agree, nothing matters until we know the results of recovery and timetable on a Purdy return. 3 months until he starts a throwing program and 6 months to be a full go is an encouraging timeline. He would only miss OTAs and minicamp. He would be able to attend and take in the information, however. Despite his injury he will still workout and improve his overall fitness. He's QB #1 if this holds true. Trey Lance, as much as I like him and think he hasn't had a fair shot, would be QB #2, IMO.
If we have a healthy Purdy/Lance going into TC I don't think we need a "veteran" in the room. Most of the veteran QBs available aren't any good. Rather take a flier on another young guy with mid-late round picks.
I'm not sure drafting yet another rookie is the answer in this case. IMHO, we do need a veteran in the room, but a competent veteran. Not another Josh Johnson, but a veteran who can actually play when called upon.
But I don't think Shanny's words are coach-talk. I think he's serious. And I can't imagine the Trent Williams, the George Kittles, the Deebo Samuel's, et al, of the locker room were too happy to hear this. Kyle has to at least consider bringing in a veteran. Nobody, including Shanny & Co., knows how Brock's surgery will go, much less the rehab or how he heals. 3 months until he starts a throwing program, and a full go after 6 months? I think it's way too soon the be that optimistic. Yeah, he can begin improving his overall fitness, but will he be ready to get into NFL shape? After all, I think it's safe to say that Brock needs to put on a few pounds given his slight frame. That means lifting weights. When will he be ready for a true NFL conditioning program after the surgery? I doubt very seriously Brock will be ready to take part in any pre-season games. Do you honestly think Brock can miss an entire offseason, OTA's, minicamp, and preseason games, and be fully ready for full QB 1 duties by week 1? Doubtful! That means, as it stands, Lance is QB 1, who himself is coming off major injury, without a backup. Who honestly thinks Josh will be back after he's cleared? And, for all that it's worth, Shanny was pretty clear about Jimmy G. not returning.
To me, bringing in a competent veteran QB will, if nothing else, signal to the locker room that all is being done to protect the SB window this team is in. Going into the offseason, OTA's, and minicamp with only one still unproven QB sends a bad signal to the locker room, IMHO. Don't get me wrong, I think Shanny should be coach of the year with the job he's done. But to not even consider bringing in a competent veteran QB given this circumstance is just not the best move.

What if I told you there may be a Heisman trophy winner #1 overall pick in the draft QB who may be made available who is in the middle of his prime, right now.. coming off a down year and could be cheap?
