Meh, in the playoffs he's ice cold, the problem was the range and the touchbacks in my opinion. It was time for him to go. Love the Moody pick. He'll (hopefully) be a 49er for a long time.

Same, if Wish could have done kickoffs maybe physically a few more years with Gould, but he was getting expensive.

Gould was worth it, for sure, but with Brock and the explosiveness he brings to the offense, in a way, Gould became less important. But I think the main reason for Kyle moving on, is as you pointed out, his physical skills were diminishing.

Good start to his career. Nothing too difficult asked of him, but he got the job done.

I'm assuming once he's 100% again, he'll take over kickoff duties. No reason in risking reaggravating the quadriceps injury.
