Yep that's exactly how I feel. You can't practice pressure kicks like that and all of us know how clutch Robbie was.

Well don't blame Moody for sucking, he isn't the one that picked himself to be a 3rd rd 49ers draft pick.

More likely he's not with us next year base on history. First picked kickers have always been bust or not with their drafted team, only pending McPherson from 2021. Then the bust trains goes down and ends in 2006 where NE took Gostkowski.

Mentioned it on the last page but Gould also missed a 41 yarder to win a game last year.. in a dome.

I'm taking Gould over Moody obviously… but a blip in early October isn't going to define this season or Moody. Just something to keep in the back of the head on those 3rd down playcalls and 4th down decisions.
