Why does he deserve more reps when Lance didn't? All I read in this forum for the entirety of Trey's career here were debates about him needing reps vs being a win now team that couldn't afford to lose games while giving him those reps. Both were drafted WAY higher than they should have been, so why does Moody get a pass while Trey gets the boot?

If Moody gets injured, and some other kicker came in and hit clutch kicks in multiple games, Moody wouldn't be a 49er anymore.
