Stats say NFL kickers miss almost half of those. See above.

55 = 53.57%. There you go. Lots of misses. This guy went through 10 years of stats. 2009 - 2019. Pretty good sample size. Almost miss half of them. Not a gimmie from 55 +.

Yeah, you hope a guy never misses, but 55+ is a lot lower percentage than 50-54...

55 yards is really long. You don't make a high percentage of those. Not on Moody. Need to be closer and Kyle and Bell messed up a lot. Our defense is terrible.
Kicker have been kicking so many FG's this year at this range or beyond, that some are considering a rule change.

"Never before have NFL kickers made 89.7% of their 50-plus-yard field goals during the opening two weeks of the season."
55+ is really long. So your stat is already WRONG. Lots of those could be 50 - 51. Lots of teams don't even attempt 55. It's not a gimmie. You even gave the wrong stat. Now give me 55+.

He made almost every kick this year. Except for one 55 yarder. Those are not gimmies. About 50%.

But when you draft a kicker in the third round you better make sure that theyre better than just average. There's kickers drafted in the 6th, 7th and even undrafted that are more money than this guy.
