The thought on using a higher draft pick may be shifting since so many games are coming down to a FG in the last seconds of the game. Having a good kicker vs someone that is just okay is more important now since they are able to hit from 55 yards or more. With the new kickoff rules, a team only needs about 30 yards to get into FG range.

People should be over the fact that Lynch used a 3rd round pick #99 on a kicker. Stephen Gostkowski wasn't drafted too far from Moody at #118. It could be worse, see Trey Sermon or Cameron Latu.

Fans on this forum spend way too much time complaining about draft picks and why didn't we take this player instead. It's done. Move on. As I said there are no sure things in the draft. Teams take their chances and hope it works out.

THIS BUST HAS MISSED FGs IN KEY GAMES ,Superbowl which would have been a game clincher ....Cut this BUST Anders Carlson looked much better,every f**kin time Muddy comes in to kick an extra point or fg you hold your breath its a crap shoot no matter the distance...but Kyle and John are too arrogant to admit they made a drastic mistake drafting FOOLS GOLD....they did`nt have a problem trading Lance and why is Bumbling Bell still on the team
