Yep. Truth is that this organization set him up for failure. Drafting him in the 3rd round brings extreme expectations and then combine that with a team that had Super Bowl aspirations….

I don't believe so, this isn't a case of Aguayo where he was just buttcheeks from the beginning, we've seen him hit big time kicks, monster kicks. He's got plenty of leg, all his issues are upstairs and I could easily see it being like Daniel Carlson who got dumped by the Vikings, only to go on to be a solid kicker for the Raiders or even Chad Ryland who went like 15 picks after Moody, got cut by the Patriots and has been very good for Arizona this year.

Eitherway the 49ers just need to bring in a bunch of kickers and let them have it out, see who is left standing. Maybe sign Zvada from Michigan as a UDFA.
