Hard not to. He knows he's underperforming. It's a s**tty feeling. But he does need to perform better, and this team has afforded him too many chances to do so. Time for a fresh start.

It's crazy everyone ripping NY for bashing the pick at the time and him taking major heat only to be completely right yet again (see Purdys noodles arm).

Hate him or love him, dude knows football.

Never ever EVER take a damn kicker in the 3rd round! Especially when you have other pressing needs.

If Kyle hadn't picked him in the third round is there any doubt with anyone here that moody would have been shown the door after the Super Bowl?

Taking a kicker in the third was completely stupid and almost arrogant. I thought that was obvious.

Part ways with him. He needs the restart and we need a kicker who can make these kicks accurately . . .

Time for Jed to act like an owner and end this now.

Chiefs would've easily scored a TD if they knew they had to. His missed XP is the only reason we didn't lose in regulation

I agree. And if you're gonna be a Championship team you can't have a kicker that misses every damn game.

Some of the stuff he's missed... Like those two kickoffs for penalties because he kicked them too short. I think this guy's compromised. Somebody has something on him and is making him miss FGs or PATs or having him kick the ball incorrectly for penalties. Ok, I'll take my tinfoil hat off now.

Listening to Kyle and sme of the people that attend practices it's frustrating since he rarely misses during workouts. It's obviously in his head since he's missing left and right. Whether he can overcome ths in the off season and come back next year is a question mark. I suspect that they will bring him back next yer but they'll also have guys ready to take over if he gets off to a bad staert. His cap hit is $1.4 million next year. The average is about $2 million for kickers so it's not a money issue. Kickers are astrange breed. The Lions kicker missed 2 extra points last night so he could have been the goat if Purdy hadn't thrown 2 INTs that stopped drives and gave Detroit easy scores. Last night was the worst I've seen for Moody. I know both his FGs were over 50 yards with one being 58 but he was all over the place.
