Wishnowsky is not a scrub. This past season his performance was down because he was dealing with a lingering injury that he was never able to overcome.
However, in 2023, he led the league in the percentage of punts inside the 20 with only 2 touchbacks, also a league best.
Do you check stats at all?

Jimmy probably said something similar about Kyle Williams too.

unlike Kyle I dont think Harbaugh likes to pick up familiar players or players who did well against his team
Harbs just props up his past and present players, its what he does
the Chargers have a GREAT young kicker in dicker who is a 94% kicker for his career, why in the world would he pick up Moody ?

I was just about to mentioned that the Chargers had a great kicker lol.... yeah If Jim Boy wants to pick up Money Moody, the 49ers definitely have to go after their kicker. The chances of all this happening is very slim though.

This shouldn't come as a surprise. Most teams usually have a couple kickers in camp anyway in case one gets hurt. I don't know how much it will help since Moddy's problems weren't in camp. He was fine in practice from what I heard. His isse were in games where he obviously got the yips. He was missing right and then left which is an indication that it's mental and not physical.
