I wonder why this guy fell out of the 1st and 2nd rounds, was it his 40 time??
Scouts thought he was a product of Harbaugh's offense.
He had too much weight swinging between his legs
Ahhh same reason Brock fell in the draft.
Same reason I wasn't drafted or signed by any team ever.

Long Dong Silver?
No limitations in his leg talent that's for sure.

Said this from the jump, but Moody was a much better pick than Latu.
Not even close.

I liked the Willis pick more than Latu.

C'mon WB, what's not even close is their careers that hasn't even begun to make that declaration

He's showing the leg and distance for sure, in camp. I just want to see the consistency and pressure kicks in real games. I don't expect us to HAVE to kick a lot of long FG's, so it's the clutch ones I'm more concerned about.
And I still don't see why some people freak out about him being taken with a late late 3rd. Especially when the real mistake of the 3rd round was trading up - NOT getting Darnell Washington - and then super reaching for Latu instead!

Like you said. There will come a time where he needs to make that kick for the W or the L. If he can do that we're golden for a decade +. Fingers crossed.

At least if he gets injured he could always use his third leg

That would be a unique way for a Drop kick
