I don´t know how to feel about that one.
They need to re-sign Nick Bosa and Brandon Aiyuk. I know the cap will increase and that they have two rookies QB contracts to build the roster around but still that´s a lot of money for a DT. And quite frankly, I would have prefered they signed a big FA at the DE position or CB. And why didn´t they re-sign DJ Jones last year honestly?

But damn, Javon Hargrave is a great player and exactly what this team needs. And he was good with the Steelers and the Eagles. Maybe, they won´t sign a DE because they know what they have with Drake Jackson.

They didn't sign DJ Jones because they were carrying Jimmys contract in hopes of a trade. Came down to Ward or him.

Not only do the Iggles lose Hargrave, they won't be getting any comp picks for him either.

Not to mention, Justin Smith was 29 when he signed with the 49ers with a 6 year deal. Hargrave is almost the exact same age (30). I know Seahawks fans tend to struggle with complex topics but this one is pretty straight forward.

The d-line was where I wanted us to improve the most, and it looks like they did so in a big way.

I am hopeful this move ramps up the play of Armstead. Rotate in Kevin Givens and Javon "old man knees" Kinlaw. We might just have something in the middle of D-line.
