One more thing the #49ers loved about DT Javon Hargrave: Durability.

He's missed a total of 3 games in 7 years. Only two of those injury-related.

Hard to find FAs who are still producing at a high level and have no injury questions. Hargrave checks both, hence the price.

Yeah I would not be surprised since they are meeting with quite a few WR draft prospects. Just like with DeForest Buckner they might need to make a cap savings trade.

Even after Deebo went down last season this offense with Brock Purdy was putting up over 30 ppg. Is Deebo still worth a 1st?

Justin Smith was 29 when he came to SF. Not sure why you would be concerned at all. Lineman get better in their 30's imo. He ain't a running back or WR.

my question does Hargrave have a ring? got close enough last year to get a taste for it. He knows this is his chance, that's major motivation to keep balling.

I was a little nervous about the age too but he doesn't have a ton of snaps for his age. Justin Smith was on the older end when we brought him in, he had arguably the best phase of his career after turning 30 with us. Let's hope same goes for Hargrave.
