I guess it was b/c they paid him so much but it never made sense to play Hargrave so much on obvious run downs when he's never been a great run defender. They should've been using Elliot and the big rookie on along with Collins on obvious running downs. and on the obvious passing downs you let Hargrave and Collins do there thing on the interior.

Im kinda there as well, but it's gonna be impossible to move that contract. So he's gonna be here unless the FO/Jed is okay with losing a bunch of money.

He's a good dude from what it seems like, but isn't worth all that money. Not good against the run and has been above average at best as a pass rusher.

Probably cut. He never lived up to expectations. I don't think he fits our system. He fit better with the Eagles. Plus he's hurt. The cap number is too high. We can replace him.

Get Evan Anderson and another big boy run stuffer to play next to him. Hargrave's job should be to exclusively rush the passer.

Kalia Davis is a good replacement for the injured Hargrave, they have similar styles, both good against the pass, and weaker against the run, and of course, Davis is a fraction of the cost, so whatever happens to Hargrave it's good to know we have somebody to try and fill those shoes.
