Called this signing a year ago, now Kocurek will resurrect his career like he did Arden Key. 🤝

Why couldn't you have called somebody better then Nostradamus

This is the way.

Our front on base downs will be nasty, not sure it helps 3rd down that much, but the hope is that becomes Drake Jackson's role. Love this signing.

This dude was solid out of Clemson. I haven't seen his stats with the Raiders yet.

They're not that good. 10 sacks in 4 years. That' s roughly almost 3 sacks a season for a top 5 pick?

He's never played with a supporting cast like this, so maybe he shines.

Disagree. He played with some pretty talented dudes at Clemson. He has never played in the pros with a cast like this.

If memory serves me correctly, he played outside of Christian Wilkins and Dexter Lawrence, 2 NFL talents currently at or near the top of their respective positions. Got him drafted #4 overall. We also have two premier interior DLinemen so here's hoping it translates.

I recall some Niner fans that weren't completely sold on Bosa because of his injury in college saying the Niners should trade back and take Ferrell and gain an extra pick. Funny how things works out. Now we have him for at least a year to compliment Bosa on the other end.

He sounds like he's been more productive than a certain former 1st round draft pick by us.
Hopefully Kocurek and our d line bodes well for him.

That's always the hope when you sign someone like him that hasn't performed up to expectations. He may be the type of player that excels when he's on a good team and doesn't when the team isn't playing well. Winning can be contagious.

Huh? Guys were saying take Williams but I don't recall anybody wanting this guy. Much less giving up on picking Bosa,

Yup hoping so too. I do like the way Ferrell plays the run, that's a huge plus IMO if offenses thinking they can just run him over.

The closest I got to that was trading down and getting both Brian Burns and DK Metcalf. Both are great players but I never would have expected Burns to fall out of the top ten and Metcalf to drop clear to one pick from the third. I was thinking we get two firsts, or a first and a second, use the first on Burns and trade up for Metcalf with the extra capital.

Turns out Boss and Deebo are a similar haul anyway.

EDIT—To be clear Bosa and Deebo are better when healthy, just in case some fool chimes in with nonsense.
