Only 3 sacks, 971 snaps and 6 penalties at C. Only a 58.2 grade. Must be a poor run blocker? Seems like solid depth and push starter.

Definitely better in pass pro than run blocking but I'd much rather have it that way. Judging by his snaps would that indicate he was the starter? I did not watch a lot of Giants games last year

Feliciano has experience playing both guard positions and center. His pass protection should be good after coming from an offense he is familiar with that had a lot of success in the passing game. He has good footwork and can slide step, kick step, and post step. He works well against stunts and has excellent change of direction.

It is not that Feliciano is bad at run blocking--it is that he lacks consistency in run blocking. He can control men and move them when properly dialed in, especially blocking at angles. He doesn't always get the movement necessary from your guards to give the runner the advantage inside.

Thanks for that thl

I'm glad that it seems like our priorities are getting straight. Better pass blocking lineman than run blocking, That's what we need to keep scoring with the teams we will be facing in the playoffs like Philadelphia or in the Super Bowl against Kansas City or Buffalo or Cincinnati

Great stuff. He's the new Brunskill. Swing C/G and could actually win a starting spot.
Played in 15 games and started in those 15 games in 2022

This is a recent article from after this season that pretty much says the same thing about his consistency. https://www.google.com/amp/s/gmenhq.com/2023/01/26/5-first-year-ny-giants-may-not-return-2023/amp/2/

Overall it's a nice bargain bin signing. Veteran player I'm assuming cheap who offers lots of starting experience that will most likely be experienced depth.

I love that we finally got a pass rushing defensive tackle since Buckner and now we're getting more depth on the offensive line that's geared more towards pass protection. This will hopefully win us those playoff games that we've been losing
