Couldn't stay healthy his first couple of seasons in the league. Pretty much was buried down the depth chart most of this past season in Detroit. Even had a string of healthy game day scratches. More than likely he's a guy they liked during the predraft process his draft year and hope Kocurek can salvage something out of him. I'm sure he's making peanuts. Sure why not.

I see him more as a Willis replacement than Ebukam as far as roster spot goes.

I think Drake taking a year 2 leap is plan A with Ferrell being Omen's replacement.

Likely we draft another DE to take on the Drake development role from last year.

Agreed. I expect SF to draft another guy to compete with all these new signings.

two guys I like are Tuli Tuipulotu & YaYa Diaby. I like Young from Tennessee as well, I think the draft process has pushed him up too far though.
