Need to watch the all 22 to really properly eval the safety play. He was in position on the INT.

His pursuit angles and run support in general is some of the worst from a Safety that I've seen. He also takes the bait on play action a lot more then people think; because as you said, need the all 22

I just hope that it's him that goes to the bench and not Mustapha when Huff comes back

He made the PFF weekly team, so yeah definitely want to see the all-22 now. My impression wasnt positive from this game, so Im interested if I just missed or misattributed issues Ive seen.

I think this guy is the weak link in the secondary right now. Hopefully when huf gets back he takes his place.

Need to either replace Brown or Campbell, two huge weak links on the defense. If this teams goal is to win a Super Bowl then they need to fix one of these problems.

Sometimes you all forget that huf is a 1st team all pro and this guy is a decent starter.

I have seen him make huge misses on play action and whiff on angles for end runs but I have also seen him wait on routes to make huge plays. I've also seen him destroy a run play as well. My take he's great sometimes and others not so much. He needs more time he will get better at reading plays as the year goes on. I in general, like him and think he will get better.

1:30 terrible tackling angle
1:40 HORRIFIC angle playing the ball
2:00 bites and lets his man get behind him AGAIN
2:25 burned AGAIN
2:53 another bad wide angle allows the receiver to the 1st down marker
3:00 gets absolutely embarrassed, stiff-armed into the turf which leads to the runner scoring a TD
3:13 has NO CLUE where the ball is and runs the opposite direction of the play
3:50 missed tackle

I don't know how anyone can watch that and tell me he looked good there.

I told people, it was all on tape. I don't know how tf Lynch watched this garbage and thought this guy deserved being our first pick in the third last year.

Can we bench this guy and put Gibson in next week. Brown's effort was bad during this GB game. He also had so many missed tackles and bad angles.
