Everyone with eyes can see this guy sucks, even when he is not dropping passes he's being called for stupid penalties that negates positive plays, I just don't understand it.

I can't confirm but if Ricky Pearsall can catch slugs and walk around like nothing happened, he can replace Bell and catch elementary wide open passes
