I like the udfa guys better than the players that were drafted
We're at 88. 2 more signings to go.

Lol off season hype begins!!! Dude will most likely not make the roster.

Yeah most likely this. He's a prime practice squad candidate though.

But then people will be posting about how another team will come in and sign him right away! Just like they did with Poe...
Jack Colleto may be the most intriguing player they picked up including the guys they drafted. He played 3 positions in college which is unheard of. At 6'3" and 240 LBS he has the size to play inside LB and probably the speed as well since he played QB and RB in college. I don't know what the Niners have planned for him. Maybe they try him at all 3 spots and decided where he fits. Personally I like him at LB the best and they could use him as a RB on short yardage situations.

"Can the guy play multiple positions?"

"Kyle, he can play offense/defense/ST".

"give him my first born child. Hell, throw my second one in there. This man is position-less. A modern day Christ".

He'll be a fullback. That's his primary position.

That was his primary position in college but I'm sure Kyle will look at him at LB. He'll most likely end up on special teams if he makes it and then maybe become the eventual replacement for Juice. He's not getting any younger.

Joey Fisher will be our starting right tackle when the season starts.

Fisher is taking a huge step up, may get destroyed right out of the gate.

But if he sticks it will be a huge story.

Getting to practice against our D-line will show us all we need to know. With his strength I hope we try him at guard.

I strongly doubt he will be a starter by week 1. I think such expectations are destructive. But he may grow into a reasonable depth OT within the year. Maybe. Good depth players are important as well.

He didn't run at the combine but I read that he ran a 4.77 at his pro day. I think that was his average of 2 runs. Not a burner but fast enough for a big guy.

We need a qb, an arm for scout teams, etc. No idea who is left

Yeah, I feel like his best spot would be at G. Imagine if he was good and being next to Trent 😶😶. Hahah

Hypothetically, if fisher is capable of pushing for starting time, which I doubt this year, it would be for Burford spot. If I remember correctly burford played a lot of tackle in college and has really long arms. So then have burford compete for RT with mckivitz.

Williams - Banks. - Brendel - Fisher - Burford

i think he's too raw though right now. If we can keep him for a year and let him develop and get his body right, it may happen. He has it all - I just think he needs fine tuning.
I think I LOVE this idea. I've been all over Burford to RT but this Fisher kid, my Gawd. And he's mean as a snake. Nice for both RT and RG. If Colton holds them off so be it. Good for him. I'll be rooting for him. But it is very hard to NOT see Fisher on the 53

Colleto could fill that roll if needed but they already have 3 QBs on the roster.
