I was disappointed like many that we didn't addressed OL, but I kind of get it. We have added a few the last couple of years and are developing them. First rounder are starting material like Glinch. 2nd rounder like Banks sat for a year before he was inserted in the starting lineup. Well, we didn't add so they are happy with our young developing guys. As for the rest of the draft, I like the players that we added in the secondary that fit Coach Wilks defense. Then we added a couple of speedy LB! Yeah Moody was early, but they really wanted him and address our kicking needs. So when they want somebody at a position of need, they just get him at all cost. Getting 2 TE was fine.Overall, we will not know how will this draft turns out, but for now I'll give it a B.

Hindsight I would've used the trade to get TE Washington, then the safety, I get the kicker pick but still don't like it. R5-R7 guys are my favorite picks. Winters is going to be an absolute stud. Agree with it being odd with no OL help at all.
Favorite pick: Winters
Least Favorite: Latu by a mile

I agree with you on the Latu pick, that was the spot we should have went o-line. I think Brayden Willis will be just as good as Luta if not better.
We will really have to address the offensive line next year and I would have preferred not to do it all in one year we should've added a piece this year.
Who knows if McKivitz will work out and with Trent's age we could be needing 2 starting tackles in the next couple years, plus I think we need to get a quality young center soon.

Personally I thought it was at least a B. While I'm not a fan of Brown at S, he does fill a need at minimum for depth/special teams.
I do like both linebackers and tight ends we took and one of the two at each position should be contributors this year.
We needed a kicker and not having a 4th round pick somewhat forced our hand a little in reaching. I'm OK with it since Moody was the consensus #1 there.
We needed a legit speed rusher and I think we went out and got the highest upside player available at the time (and arguably, among the highest ceilings in the draft IMO when you consider the athletic profile).
We addressed our need for corner depth with a quality pick at the spot we selected as well.
Overall, the 49ers draft went about the same as it does most years for me: A guy I don't want, a bit of a reach for a need, and then it gets better. I thought we added playmakers on offense and defense while addressing virtually every need we had. Once we got to UDFA, we rounded out the rest of the competition with some of the best developmental prospects that I felt were out there still at OL.
Again, at least a B. I'd have to love every single pick to say a perfect "A" so while it wasn't that, I think we got a great haul and nice overall value on the collective class for where we were picking this year.

Took some swings. If we hit one or two that will be a success. The rest need to fill the ST holes and wouldn't be surprised if some go to the PS or cut.

This is a really good draft when you consider where we were picking. I agree.

We drafted a kicker inside 100. How good could it be really.
The rest of the picks seem okay.
This regime is a quarterback killer and they didn't draft a single olinemen...

Latu was a weird pick ngl, curious to see if it works. This draft was never about getting an awesome starter that's not a kicker right off the bat, it never was. Maybe a few might develop but who knows. This was about drafting depth.

It can still be really good with taking a kicker in the top 100.

The 49ers have signed 3 UDFA OL prospects that look better than what was available in rounds 5-7. Go read the reports and watch the video clips and I'll bet at least 2 of them make the roster and the other to the practice squad. If fact a lot of these UDFA they signed could be vying for a spot on the team. B+

The third round was pretty bad let' s be honest for one second. The trade up, Moody, a back up TE, that' s a lot for 3 picks.^^ I can accept the kicker since it' s really important but there' s a team that probably signed a better one as an UDFA. Latu was just a bad pick at this spot sorry. Edge, OT, IOL, CB even back up QB were more important than a back up TE. As if you ' re gonna find the long term replacement of Kittle with the 9th TE of this draft seriously. If they wanted to draft someone at that spot, at least choose someone more dynamic like Josh Whyle who was still on the board. There's a chance Willis will have a better career than Latu seriously. It could be Trey Sermon/ Elijah Mitchell all over again. Overall that third round screamed Kyle wanting to draft for his needs.
But as usual, the latter rounds saved the day because that' s the scouts 's moment with John Lynch and Adam Peters of course. Absolutely love the Dee Winters pick. This guy could be a playmaker in Steve Wilks 's defense. Jalen Graham is your traditional modern 49ers LB. A long, rangy hybrid LB/S that will make plays in cover. There' s something here. Beal Jr is super RAW and it' s up to Kocurek to make it work but the athletiscm is outstanding. I would have prefered someone like Yaya Diaby obviously but the Bucs were smart to draft him in the third round. I would have prefered Jose Ramirez too who was also drafted by Tampa Bay but I understand that they prefer ideally 6ft4/6ft5 guys on the Edge. And like I said Beal Jr is impressive athletically. I get the feeling they were gonna draft DJ Johnson the local guy but Carolina took him in the third. Ronnie Bell was a good idea. I would have prefered Xavier Hutchinson the former Teammate of Brock Purdy that the Texans IIRC took in the 6th round but Bell was really good with Michigan this year.
No OT drafted shocked me but if they' re fine with McIvitz, Jaylon Moore or Spencer Burford, I' m ok with that. Colton was really solid in that must win game against the Rams week 18 in 2021 and he was playing LT. And Jake Brendel and Aaron Banks did a good job replacing Alex Mack and Laken so they have to know Colton is ready.

solid draft otherwise, most interested in seeing how Beal looks in TC
Latu is a solid TE, He was just as productive in college than Kittle.

Failure
Instead of drafting a few nasty offensive linemen
We draft a damn kicker and a slow TE. Our rivals got better we stayed the same
