Kocerik shows all incoming players Armsteads goal line stuff on 4th down against the Raiders so they know what max GTFO looks like.

Get The f**k Off. It's just an expletive version of "get-off." As in the DL's first step off the snap.

has to be time from stance to first step after ball is snapped... how do they even measure that for every player in the draft? Lol
