I meant to make a thread for Joey Fisher before the draft. He was one of my draft crushes. It honestly wouldn't surprise me if Fisher is a starter for us at some point, although there will be an adjustment period coming from Shepard college.

Like Jason Poe last year, Fisher has some elite traits but he's got some deficiencies as well.

what is the knock on him? that he's 25? no big deal. Still 10 years of dominance. Dude did 40 reps...holy cow. He's like Larry ALLEN

6'5" 322 and great athletic profile.

I think fans are confusing him with Steen who does have 32" arms. He was ranked #197 overall by TDN.

His best asset as a pass blocker is his length and anchor. He is excellent at utilizing his long arms to initiate a well-timed punch to disrupt the rusher's rush and then steer the defender around the arc.

Got, apparently, $130K GTD, $115K base GTD, $15K bonus, doesn't guarantee him a spot, but he's a guy they'll likely bring onto the PS if he doesn't make the 53.

Also, if they cut to move to PS and another team adds him to the 53. Only the 15k counts against the cap correct?

Was he at the combine? Steen also has 32" arms and went to Philly at 65th overall. Maybe if true, it's not as big a deal. If he's not as strong an athlete with shorter arms, push them inside to G.

can someone share some insight into what Oline arm length is normal or average?

32 inch doesn't sound too bad to me but I don't have much reference

aaron banks has 33 1-8 inch arms. Trent has 34 inch. The quick reading Ive done have it at teams ideally like 34 inch
