6'5" 322 and great athletic profile.

I think fans are confusing him with Steen who does have 32" arms. He was ranked #197 overall by TDN.

Here's his profile: https://thedraftnetwork.com/sr-prospect/joey-fisher-nfl-draft-scouting-report/

His best asset as a pass blocker is his length and anchor. He is excellent at utilizing his long arms to initiate a well-timed punch to disrupt the rusher's rush and then steer the defender around the arc.

Wait, so Joey fisher has long arms? I kept hearing he has like 32 inch arms? Isn't that small for his size and offensive line?

Every website I've seen shows Fisher has 32" arms

Same here.

can someone share some insight into what Oline arm length is normal or average?

32 inch doesn't sound too bad to me but I don't have much reference

aaron banks has 33 1-8 inch arms

The average for offensive tackles who have been drafted since the folks at the Combine started measuring is 34 1/8 inches. Most guys with arms that are shorter than 33 inches end up playing guard (or even center) in the NFL.
Here is some great info on o line positions who are pro bowlers and their and length

Here's a good breakdown of him with film.

Hahaha he is built like a dachshund/wiener dog - thick long bodies with tiny arms.

Worst case scenario, just tell people you bought it for your wife because she is "moody" 😏. Hahaha

aaron banks has 33 1-8 inch arms. Trent has 34 inch. The quick reading Ive done have it at teams ideally like 34 inch

Fisher is 32" even.

34" is considered ideal. 33" tends to be the hard cutoff. 35+ is considered freaky.

Those numbers would be for a tackle. I seriously doubt they will put him anywhere but OG where 32 inches wont be too much of a big deal. There have been All Pro Guards have been in that range including David DeCastro (32.4) , Marshall Yanda (32.5) and Josh Sitton (32)

Not just any dinosaur. He got trex arms
Some research:

Fisher does indeed have 32 inch arms. He was projected as a guard by most and he was actually expected to get selected between the 5th-7th round.

Obviously the small school status pushed him down. But man, I hope he comes in and adjusts quickly. Guys like him and Poe, all they need is to get their technique up to NFL standards to take full advantage of their superior athletic traits compared to most of the league.

If he can play guard and bump Burford to tackle, that might be a way for him to make the team.

I can see why long arms are better on the tackle position versus the guard position. Still, if he has good handspeed, and he does look like he has fast hands - maybe short arms at the tackle position isn't such a detriment.
