Because that back-up QB spot has a great chance to be the actual starting QB1 to start the season for a game or two maybe more.

Lenoir really should have had that pick. It's also weird that a lot of the beat reporters have said Brandon Allen hasn't had any incomplete passes when the video clearly shows one 33-35 seconds in.

Got to love it when these guys filming somehow manage to miss the throw, the receiver, and almost the entirety of the ball.
