Again you're not keeping a $10 million back up QB. No one does that unless of course you wanted to bring in Aaron Rodgers or Tom Brady. But even Zach Wilson's days are numbered. And again we are looking for cap space to keep our own players.

What don't you understand about having $5M in dead money? You're complaining about $10M or whatever is pointless. HALF that cash is on the books NO MATTER what you do. You THEN are paying for a backup to replace your open spot at backup. More than likely it's not someone with years of experience with Kyle like Lance.

I don't know how I can make it any more clear for you. Again I don't hear you complain about paying our backup $14M last yr

$10M for a backup is expensive. Can you explain again please

Our track record with 3rd round picks is suspect at best (with one obvious exception).

Atleast TDP and Gray are having a good camp. So is Moody if you count kickers. Brown is hard to say because we haven't heard much good or bad from him so far.

Do we not get the reality? No QB2 made $10m, for us. Unless you are counting incentives that kicked in, cuz he was no longer QB2.

Lance is going to be legit just a damn shame it won't be here. The amount of work he puts in to get better and every repot shows he's gotten way better

Jimmy made $11 then an extra 3M with incentives. So yeah it happened just last yr.

also I'm not explaining the dead money again with Lance. It doesn't matter he's being paid half his cash regardless of anything. So you might as well say $5M for a backup because half that cash is gone, it can't get put back on the cap.

The reason why no backup QB makes $10 Million is because the starter is making $30+ Million. That's not the case here.

F
That's the punt returner and speed slot guy. Time for Danny Gray to seize the opportunity.
