PROBLEM SOLVED !!

I say we trade Lance and Deevah to Atlanta right now in exchange for their 2023 first rounder.

I'm expecting the 2024 Draft to look this way and we've gots to make this move !!!

1) WASHINGTON - CALEB WILLIAMS; QB - USC
2) SEATTLE - DRAKE MAY; QB - UNC
3) SF 49ERS (ATL) - MARVIN HARRISON; WR - OHIO ST
4) INDY - OLU FASHANU; OT - PENN ST
5) TAMPA BAY - JC LATHAM; OT - ALABAMA
6) CARDINALS (HOU) - DALLAS TURNER; DE - ALABAMA
7) CARDINALS - KOOL AID MCKINSTRY; CB - ALABAMA
8) CHICAGO (CAR) - EMEKA EBGUKA; WR - OHIOT STATE
9) New England - BROCK BOWERS; TE - GEORGIA COOPER DEJEAN; CB - IOWA
10) HOUSTON (CLEV) - JOE ALT; OT - NOTRE DAME

This has to be a joke, let's trade 1 of our best playmakers for a team that's all in to win a SB for a damn draft pick

DEEVAH can only make plays when his #s called.. apparently, The Best Young Mind in the NFL shy away from him when needed most...

CMC can do everything Deevah can ... but The Martian is a generational player..

Plush, Deevah a punk, and greedy.. .. we wont even have to sign YUCK once The Martian is here and we can sign J-1 to a longer and cheaper deal as well..

Did deebo kick your dog or something? Lol
Apparently Lance blew another 5 yard pass today to deebo in the redzone. He was after practice throwing that route numerous times to practice it. He sailed it though, didn't go into the ground. He also had a fumbled snap. A few people have said that his rushing TD was potentially a sack but that it's no touching, his speed looked good though.

Overall he had a really positive day. I'm just curious why he struggles with those short passes.

I wonder why he does that - is it a mechanics thing? He was rolling right.

I'm really curious how Darnold is going to look I'm pads. Apparently he looked the best today. He's off to a really strong camp.

id be curious to hear him say what's different about this camp in regards to previous ones. Outside of the talent. Sounds like this offense and support from the coaches is doing well for him.

Only been 4 practices my guy lol

The dink and dunk should be more about fee and instinct and timing. When you see it developing or anticipate it coming you flip it in there. You don't think you just react once you see it

If you try to overthink it you will likely misfire it. This is why you see Brock whip it in there sidearm it flick it whatever it takes he gets it there. I have rewatched damn near every snap Brock took and it's more about feel and instinct and time on task and reps at it gets you there. Brock has that and Trey doesn't and that's why he's practicing it over and over. You gotta be quick you gotta be fast and you gotta get it there in tight windows

No his run TD was pressured from a DL, it wasn't a sack.

brock tossed a short pass in the dirt the other day. Jimmy has don't it numerous times in his time here. People want to pump up stuff for one guy and disregard others when it happens

Legit Coaching and talent around him that's all you can say. Dude has everything you want physically as a qb, he was picked 3rd overall for a reason and probably should've been 1st over Baker
Darnold's question was never talent it was decision making. His big question is when he knows teams can hit him so preseason will be interesting for him. He's the most vet QB on the roster he should shine in practice where people can't hit.

Darnold's issues stem from a simple lack of mental abilities at the NFL level. He has unfortunately been the same guy above the neck since college. His team was decent enough to make up for some of those things in college, plus he arguably got away with more at that level too. But we all know college isn't the NFL.

All these years later and he still can't make the right decisions, even under no pressure? I can't trust a guy like that.
The sad thing is you can still find articles and quotes from Jets and Panthers training camp a few years ago praising Sam Darnold for his camp performance. For whatever reason, it hasn't really translated into the regular season.

Well this isn't a new thing for Trey, he did it quite a few times in games. It was reported last camp that he did it quite a bit. I know he can make the throw but I'm curious what error he is making where it keeps recurring. He's obviously capable of making the throw no problem.

So in other words, he just needs to relax and trust himself? He's obviously very capable of doing it. Guess he just needs to calm himself on it.

i also wonder if it has something to do with his work on taking heat off the ball and kinda "flicking" it instead of gunning it on his shorter throws. Seems like he just needs more reps to make it habit and he's thinking too much about it at times right now.

Interesting. I wasn't aware of that. I watched him in college and he def had too many turnovers but he was able to make up for it most of the time. He's a great talent but something about the way he sees everything mentally when the bullets are firing thay makes me nervous.

I'm not concerned about it yet. It's really early in camp and let's see how he cleans it up once pads are on. It's too early to be concerned about any of that stuff, IMO.

he's aware of it and was working on those throws after practice today. I'm sure he will get it down.
