It's like watching your money go ip and down in the stock
market, it'll drive you nuts. Just step back and trust the
process.

treys had 3 good days and 2 poor days. It's five days into
camp, nothing to stress about.

Darnold continues to have a strong start to camp, I didn't
expect that.

Brock is slowly but surely getting himself back. He's only
had 3 practices, so he's behind the other guys shaking off
rust and playing an elite defense every rep. Tough task but
he will be better for it.

as a whole, the QB room is doing much better than I
anticipated as a whole at time in camp. I think it's a really
positive thing

Not worried about Brock at all. His biggest question is health and the fact that he's out there says he's just fine. All about finding that rhythm again and feeling good about the arm. He's got well over a month to get things buttoned up and I have full confidence in him that he will do just that.

Not to mention we all know once we start scheming up game plans vs real opponents the looks become even easier for these guys.

I hope it's because you don't know how twitter works.

You're so insulting lol.

Did you realize in your expert reading that this tweet is a point against what you've been crying about for quite a while now: that the process and individual eval matters more than the talent surrounding the QB in reps? In other words: it makes no actual difference whether CMC and Aiyuk are out there with Trey or not?

But he gets much more Reps each practice than the other ones.
We has all the Weapons Lance does not have on his snaps.
So this clearly equals out.

I'm not worried about Brock, but I don't know if I would call this an elite defense while Bosa and Mooney Ward are out.

Brock impressed me last year and this offseason with how he prepares himself and how he workds to get back through injury in record speed. That said, Brock is now the leader in the clubhouse but the thing is he now has 2 THIRD OVERALL QBs breathing down his neck and a HC that is not going to hand the job over to anyone based on draft status or what you've done last year. Coach is making a real time assessment now and throughout camp as to who he is gonna start September 10 and I am excited to find. out which of these guys are the best of the best!

The others are getting near equivalent reps as Brock takes days off. This allows the other guys to catch up a bit to Brock

The way I see it, the decision is already made. It's Brock. The 2 #3 overall, are playing for QB2. BP is starting the opener.

It is still above par of the defenses he will face regularly throughout this NFL season. We have along with PHI the deepest defense in the NFL
Apparently Clelin Ferrell hit Brock Purdy's arm while he was throwing during an 11v11 rep.

I believe Kyle in his mind is 80% sure it is Brock but there is that other 20% and if days stack and days are good for one and bad for the other then that percentile can shift. Kyle himself has said nothing is set in stone yet and it does not matter draft status nor past tense. Nothing will be given and it must be earned and Kyle will make that call over this month of training camp

What's insulting is people ignoring pretty important context about training camp because they're concentrating on a tweet from last season.

And no that tweet doesn't argue against my point. Because the checks at the line and the little things don't change if you have stars out there with players, if anything it makes the completions and big plays easier.

You can still draw a defender offsides with CMC in the backfield vs TDP. You can still go through your progressions with Aiyuk, Deebo, Kittle and CMC out there vs Conley, Jennings, Dwelley and TDP...it just improves your odds of success on that play.

But thanks for playing.

That's just really really stupid. I'm glad Brock is ok and maybe this is a good reminder for Brock that his arm is good...but this is absolutely not what should happen. I don't care how hard you're trying to make the team...this cannot happen.
