it's important for QBs to experience the ups and down and even more important how they respond, especially with an inexperienced guy like Trey. Gives you hope that if he blows a game, he can get over it.

It's a microcosm of the media in general. Everyone sees the same thing, puts their own biased spin on it and the peons from each tribe use it to confirm their biases.

You are gonna trust a guy who doesn't know that Moseley plays for Detroit now? I get he is saying what you want to hear, but this guy obviously doesn't know what is going on out there, lol.

Jesus christ...you're the second dude who can't read.

I hope it's because you don't know how twitter works.

I avoid that toxic cesspool of group thinking idiots. I assure you that I can read and have been reading at above college level since 1980. Why don't you explain how the guy posting that Moseley isn't at practice today equates to you questioning my literacy?

What above college level reading? Lol doctorate? I've heard of reading at a college level but never above it.

I think the reason is some reporters count 7 on 7 & 11 on 11 whereas others only 11 on 11.

More relevant I think is some plays are deemed 'sacks' so a dead play (but the defender can't actually tackle the QB) but play will often continue - so some reporters will count that play as a completion/in completion whereas others won't count the play as in a proper setting it would be a sack.

Most of it is not even Biases. I think they look for what will get them the most clicks or eyes on their articles. So if they think them hating on a Player will get them the most clicks, they will for sure highlight the negatives. Or the other way around by only showing the positives.

he is using a several year old tweet (from when Moseley was on the team) to make a point....

It is a counter to who gets to throw to who against 1st team or second team defense.....

The results are not suppose to matter, the only thing that matters is that the correct choice was made with the football.

1st team defense, second team defense... CMC on the field...off the field....none of that matters as long as the QBs make the right read and attempt to complete the right play.

It is a very solid point, we want Trey to run the same offense as the other QBs, and dont want to have to run another gimmick offense if he beats out Brock at some point this season (for any reason...injury, play, recession ...whatever).

The apples to apples comp at this point in camp is did you make the right read.

Yeah, I think the second part is the biggest variable. I'd prefer that each person listed that out because getting sacked does matter. Lol I understand the completion still is a rep and all of that but I'd like to know when that stuff happens, as a fan.

That's why completions aren't always a great indicator. Of course you want every play completed from the QBs perspective but it's also important that they're making the right read and throw.

Im sure they could just dump the ball off Everytime and get a completion but that isn't really what Kyle is looking for. It's why even though Brocks stats haven't been great, Kyle has said he looks great so far. He's making the right reads and throws, just needs to get more crisp.

it makes analyzing each persons days difficult cause we don't know what is actually supposed to be happening on each play, we just know if it was complete or not.

This has been mentioned by many but our QBs aren't going up against scrubs either. They're playing an elite defense as a whole. That means talent, scheme, and coaching is all excellent here on the defensive side of the ball. So that should make Trey/Brock/Darnold even better than the stats will show.
why the f**k is clelin ferrell swiping at brock's arm? jesus, glad nothing bad happened

if you follow the play by play tweets coming out....you cant come up with the stats that are being reports at the end of the day....so lots of stuff out there.....

One guy reports a batted pass as 0-1 one guy reports it as 0-0 because the play was dead. Brock had one today that some are reporting as 0-1 others as 0-0 due to PI.

The stats are all over the place.

I absolutely agree that we don't want the offense to change if Trey is in there. We need him to be able to run the offense the way that it is, no more of that qb power over and over. I don't want to see that nonsense ever again.
