This is a good question. Should he? No, Donald is a shoe in for the HOF and has accomplished far more in the league. Will he? Yes, if for nothing else because of the position he plays. Well and because he's a Bosa, if he doesn't, he ain't signing lol

My thoughts exactly.Five rookies YOU should be drafting in fantasy football

1. Marvin Mims (ADP: WR70)
Mims is electric after the catch — his 8.5 YAC/reception in 2022 was 2nd-best among Power 5 WRs in the class.
He did this despite a massive 16.3 aDOT (it's harder to create YAC on deep targets). pic.twitter.com/kZ2sN4hJyY
Deebo sat out and was almost already traded before his extention tho.

DEs are paid more than DTs. As the best at their positions, the DE should get more.

Just on stats for the first 4 yrs in the league Donald had 39 sacks, Bosa has 42 and he missed a year do to injury.....so yes I believe Bosa should be paid more. Not break the bank $$$$, but he should get 32-33 mil py from my POV.

He showed up to training camp and was a hold in. Using what little leverage he had to get paid.

Kinda silly question if you know how NFL contracts work. The best players aren't always the highest paid players. Just depends how long ago they signed their contracts.
id be shocked if Bosa doesn't sign the largest defensive contract in nfl history. And next year the next great player will sign an even bigger deal.

All exactly right. Let's just pay him $100 million per year and be done with it. That's where the contracts will be in about 5 years at the current pace.

Don't see why not.
Elite DE who is arguably the league's best all-around DE. Reigning DPOY. The only player on the defense that outright scares offenses (no offense to Warner, Dre or Huf) and who has gameplans designed around him.
Young and instantly made this D a top defense in the league.
First big contract. He needs to be paid accordingly.

So true, but if he wants to win year after year he will sign a huge deal that will allow the niners to do business in the future.

I'm personally getting sick and tired of hearing the excuses for why Bosa is grossly underperforming. It's been 5-6 weeks now. More than enough to be in game shape. This dude is struggling to win 1 on 1 matchups against average tackles. Watching him pre game and post game, he appears to struggle with basic walking on the field? kind of wobbles. Maybe he's over working his legs? I don't know what it is but he has zero burst or quickness off the jump.
He had a sack today on a missed block by Cleveland that allowed him to run free. He looks like Tank Carradine after 6 games and a shell of a DPOY. I created this account just to voice my displeasure and utter disgust with Bosa's play this season after signing a massive contract. He's looking more and more like his washed up brother Joey.
I don't see a guy who's having an impact on the game what so ever. He's not a game wrecker or changer. He's been
"just a guy" out there who makes near 175M dollars.
