Should Nick Bosa Get Paid More Than Aaron Donald?

I'm personally getting sick and tired of hearing the excuses for why Bosa is grossly underperforming. It's been 5-6 weeks now. More than enough to be in game shape. This dude is struggling to win 1 on 1 matchups against average tackles. Watching him pre game and post game, he appears to struggle with basic walking on the field? kind of wobbles. Maybe he's over working his legs? I don't know what it is but he has zero burst or quickness off the jump.

He had a sack today on a missed block by Cleveland that allowed him to run free. He looks like Tank Carradine after 6 games and a shell of a DPOY. I created this account just to voice my displeasure and utter disgust with Bosa's play this season after signing a massive contract. He's looking more and more like his washed up brother Joey.

I don't see a guy who's having an impact on the game what so ever. He's not a game wrecker or changer. He's been
"just a guy" out there who makes near 175M dollars.

ok who created new account to get this off their chest

Lol well Bosa's thread slipped all the way to the 2nd page and has been as quiet as he has lately.
He has not been as good as tj watt, Parsons, Crosby, or reddick this year.

He's the highest paid for now but that will get reset in a year.

Hes having a down year for sure after getting paid but he's not nearly as overpaid as say deebo is.

I personally believe that his HOLD OUT is effecting his plays..

DEEVAH the Gadget should not have gotten the amount of money he got from us, ESPECIALLY that we have CMC.

It's 4 things IMO.

1. teams are game planning around him like we did against Parsons.

2. The offenses we played are getting the ball out quickly.

3. Bosa not being in "football shape". He's in shape, but missing all of the offseason hurts you because you need reps, even for an all pro caliber player.

4. Bosa is missing the push we got from Ebukam on first and second down. Ferrell adds nothing in that department and it's affecting Bosa. Hopefully we start seeing Gregory on early downs soon.

We definitely need more Gregory. Hoping after the bye week Wilks has a firm understanding of what he can contribute and how to maximize his presence on this li e.
Bosa did not pick up were he left off, but the entire defense not named Warner looks off at times...

You can still tell it is a dominant defense, and Bosa still flashes .... I think they will be fine...just have to take it up a notch

Maybe it is as simple as loosing that ra-ra motivator on the sideline...I would have said these are pros and they don't need a cheerleader...but clearly something is missing

It happens to all teams, and in 2-3 years the Eagles will be in the same boat. All the performers will want to get paid and the pot of money isn't big enough so you gotta let some go and pay the one's you think are most important. Bosa hasn't done jack s**t since the 🚛 left the trailer full pallets of hundreds at his house. I think I've heard Armstead's name once during a game. Hargrave is the only one getting sacks on a regular basis. Bosa has had enough time to get in game shape by now. I'm not giving up on him but it does not look promising so far with a turn around. Watt got paid also but his play hasn't dipped a bit. I know this is the Bosa thread and I cut Wilks some slack for a learning curve but he's not looking too coveted as a DC either. It looks like if any star player is out for a game the entire offense /defense struggles.
Best prepare for no SB appearance this year, even if they get very lucky and get there, KC or Ravens will carve them up because the QB's will have all day to throw or run at will to get first downs when needed. Only way that narrative changes,IMHO, is Lynch trades for a real game changer, CB,DE, Travis Kelce 🤣.
