Rewatching the game on NFL+. Goodness gracious..total weak sauce. Lol. Raiders were the better team, obviously lol. That O'Connell was impressive. Wish Lance had that mojo. If O'Connell keeps playing like that, good future for him.

Ingram and clowney are both unsigned. We have the room to sign them. We could swing if we wanted to. Probably both go to the Seahawks though and cause us fits for under 10 mill a piece.

We prefer signing CBs and paying them to be on IR a few days later

Yeah, they dominated both LOS. Run blocking, pass protection, pass rush. They looked energized where the 9ers looked like how they practice. Soft. Unenergized. Cautious. Just getting through it.

Yeah, O,Connell made some really nice plays. I think our of his three incompletions, 2 of them were drops. Very impressive.

i wonder what it is about that team that gives our defense fits. Lol they did the same last year. Just couldn't stop them if our life depended on it. Brock had to carry us that last game
I think the raiders were energized for a few reasons - 1) we are a top nfl team so it was a good chance for them to see how an "up and coming team is" compared to ours.
2) jimmy is always loved in locker rooms - so they probably wanted to do it for him.

our guys really don't give a sh!t about playing the raiders and just looked at it like practice where they looked at it like it's a big deal. Lol they still beat the brakes off of us, kudos to them.

It's that million dollar smile 😁
Getting Jimmy did energize the team for sure, Vegas was excited to get him.

Watched a lot of him here in Hawaii. I honestly think that his best position in the pros would be as a Center cause the kid has great feet. At LT in college, he wasn't great or anything but did his job for the most part, especially when compared to the rest of the line. The only thing I'm not sure about is how the game is for him mentally and whether he could handle calling protections and all of the important things required of the C in Kyles system.
^ Maybe/hopefully Ilm can be our next Jesse Sapolu

Its pre season stats. Anyone taking them as gospel shouldn't be taken seriously.

I sure hope so. Right now, I'd love to see a group of Bosa, Jackson, Ferrell, and Hyder.

I'm curious about Bryant and Barrett -- both have been going off in practice, but both got blown off the ball in the game. If you can't stop the run, you are a longshot here. Gotta see how Beal does when he gets out.
