It sounds like we may play some starters. Overall, the 10 guys I'm most looking forward to seeing Saturday are:
1. QB Trey Lance - Plain and simple, I'd like to see improvement. Bounce back and chalk up the first game to rust, nerves, etc. and make the QB2 competition a legit discussion again.
2. QB Sam Darnold - Let's build on a good first preseason game.
3. OL Ilm Manning - Dude was lights out, arguably the best player on offense against the Raiders. I want to see more.
4. K Jake Moody - Same as with Lance, let's rebound and put the past behind us.
5. CB AJ Parker - Top graded player in the secondary against the Raiders. I'd love to see him keep balling and take hold of the NCB role.
6. CB D'Shawn Jamison - Looking for more consistency at CB, but excited to see him get more looks at KR/PR.
7. S Tayler Hawkins - Wilks straight up said Hawkins is his "favorite player". I didn't pay attention to him much in game 1. Let's see what the fuss is about.
8. DT Kalia Davis - I'm hoping he plays so we can see if he's any better than the rest of the IDL who got blown off the ball on Sunday.
9. DE Robert Beal - Eager to get a look at his pass rushing skill, hoping he plays too.
10. TE Brayden Willis - Don't recall seeing him in game one, hoping he gets some passes his way this week.

Javonte Williams set to return and more info from Mile High Sports:
"The Denver Broncos will play in their second NFL Preseason game on Saturday against a tough 49ers team, but the main storyline everybody is watching for will be how Javonte Williams looks in his first game back since tearing his ACL.
According to head coach Sean Payton, Williams will not have the same pitch count with Broncos starters expected to play around 20-25 snaps on Saturday."

so wouldn't this be the "dress rehearsal game? Or will that be the 3rd and final game?

I can't stand Sean Payton. I hope we roll past them even if just preseason.
