I saw it coming from a mile away... I actually posted about it on another forum before that game happened.

Ted Ginn was questionable all week and was inactive for the game...and Harbs trusted Kyle (who's always had bobble issues..and try too hard issues) to put in there. As soon as I heard that I was hoping Harbs would tell Kyle to just let the ball fall and stay far behind it so it doesn't go too far back when it drops. Or atleast tell him to do that if it was obvious Kyle was having problems.

Yet in that game Kyle keep looking jittery back there and almost coughed it up before the major ones.

Oh well.

there was definitely bad coaching, we kept telling kyle to return punts, where giants basically didn't even have a returner back there.

"Damn Ginn is not playing.... Kyle Williams and Reggie Smith better not try to do too much like they usually do. >:(
Toucback on kickoffs and don't even touch any balls from punts...let it roll where ever it has to go. "

what are the lottery numbers for this week???

  1. Roger Craig's fumble that prevented a likely three-peat (NFC Championship)
  2. JimmyG overthrown pass (Super Bowl)
  3. Harbaugh's calls at the goal line (Super Bowl)

i agree with this list. i'd throw in that #2 is above #3 because Jimmy looked the savior in 2017 and that pass killed it all, nail in coffin, etc.

Moseley blowing his coverage on 3rd & 15 was way more frustrating than ESanders under running Jimmy's throw imo. No one expects that pass to connect. We all should expect the 49ers to hold on 3rd & 15.

Bosa was held on that play. That's the real difference. Allowed Mahomes to take another extra step back.
He actually fumbled the ball 3 times in that game. He fumbled a reverse earlier as well that was huge loss of yards.

Also, let's not forget the Ahmad Bradshaw fumble that was ruled "forward progress."

Worst and most impactful forward progress BS call of all time.

Sure, but Moseley freelanced and blew his assignment.
Do. Your. Job.
#1 not seeing Mr. Irrelevant not go to the superbowl his rookie yr for sure

Fumble by Kyle Williams definitely hurt the worst. Somthing magical about that season.. Alex Smith going from laughing stock to redemption. All 9er fans had pitch forks and torches when Harbaugh named Alex the starter
why?
Kyle Williams
S**t QB play
Refs blowing the whistle on Bradshaw's fumble

Three reasons we didn't win the SB that year

Giants' fans will defend it to the end of time as a "good no call".

We need an unbiased opinion......I wanna poll Browns, Jets, Bills, Dolphins, Chargers, Bucs, Lions, and Bears fans.

Then I want to see if hated rivals would agree: NFC East teams , NFC West teams.

I need an answer to this!!!!

"Roger Craig passed over yet again for the Pro Football Hall of Fame."

Another NFCCG fumbler has a bad day!

Another NFCCG fumbler has a bad day!

Ricky over Roger ANYDAY !!!
-Bradshaw's fumble that was incorrectly called
-1/13 on 3rd down with the 1 being a meaningless pass to Delanie as time expired in regulation
-ONE completion all day to a WR, and it was a 3 yard completion to Crabtree on 3rd and 5
-Carlos Rogers being torched by Victor cruz for 140 yards in the first half
-Two different times where our defenders collided on would be interceptions
-one of which knocked out Tarrell Brown.., A young Tramaine Brock had to come in and gave up a long touchdown to Manningham on 3rd and 15
-2:00 in the 4th all 3 time outs and we had just received the ball on a punt... and we go 3 and out after 3 incomplete passes.

DESPITE all of this... we still win if not for Williams' two fumbles. He might really be the single worst 49er of all time. Wherever he is, I hope he wakes up with a Charlie horse in perpetuity.
