I will take him going through reads and making a throw to someone who is not his first read.

Well what you want to see should lead right into what I want to see.😉

I'd like to see.

1) QB Lance ball out

2) K Gonzalez ball out

3) DT Kalia Davis ball out

4) OL Manning ball out again

5) P Wishnowsky stop shanking punts.

I'd like to see a Kicker make all his kicks for once.

I'm sure there were others but I was too young to remember. But I truly believe that since the salary cap era Kyle, John, this team/organization has been the best I've seen since those glory years and if the niners were to let them go in hopes of better things they better be real sure because I don't know of any better options out there, and even more how many other teams would be standing in line to get them.
Haley to the Cowboys was the worst trade I remember and I've been Niner fan since they traded for OJ.

Haley was great but he became a disruption of major proportions. He urinated on Seifert's desk or car. He was a constant problem in the locker room and Lott had to keep him under control. I had one 49er player tell me the Charles was like a big unruly kid. There's no way they would have traded him if he wasn't such a problem.

Still so, you don't trade him to an arch enemy like DAL. You send him off to the other conference.

I agree but maybe Dallas gave them the best offer. I don't now but there must have been a reason. I do know that Haley had a bipolar issue and was a lot to handle. I had a personal experience with him and he was a whack job before he got diagnosed.

Doesn't matter. Football is war and you don't give your enemy one of your most affective weapons because they offered you a pretty penny for it. Take the 2nd best deal in that situation.
Hope Brock has two beautiful drives and we make Kenny pickett s**t himself

Yes even Eddie D admitted it was the worst decision he made. Yes that was the worst I've seen.

I remember the OJ trade too and watched him suck at candlestick. That was before Eddie took over so not a glory days whiff.
Predictions: Brock leads us to a TD on opening drive with good extra pt. Lance leads us to 1 TD with good extra pt. Sam will get us in FG range twice, with 2 good extra pts. Zanes will have a perfect game.

Score: 20 SF, 14 LA

Let's goooo

He balled in the pre season. He has a perfect passer rating this entire preseason but once bosa and Hargrave fist him, he'll revert back to being a lame.
It will take Darnold 6 drives to score and people will talk about what an awesome game he had.

Neither darnold or Lance has been lighting it up but darnold has played the position of QB better than Lance has. You're willing to ignore all of his bad plays and TWP because he had a good drive against 4th stringers in prevent defense…

Steelers offense worries me, if the pass rush doesn't get to Pickett our secondary can have a long day dealing with Johnson and Pickens. Their TE Friermuth ain't a slouch either

That's assuming that bosa, armstead, hargrave, and Jackson don't get to him first.

i think our secondary will be pretty good. WhAt concerns me about these early games is our defense blowing coverage because they'll be blitzing more. Something we haven't really done much of over the last few years.

This is going to be an interesting game. Not a pushover. I can't wait. And I guess good for them. They have been mediocre for a bit now. It takes a lot to hang with the AFC elite. Maybe they have a shot.

For us kick their ass but maybe no pushover. I hope the 1s get some play time tonight.

You know our D is pretty good though, right?

Assuming bosa is back we should be fine
