Lmao. So now we're content with just making playoffs? My god, how far have this franchise and its "fans" fallen. Jed York said it himself, we don't raise nfc west division banners, we don't raise nfc championship banners, we raise Super Bowl banners. And so far Kyle is no better than any other Super Bowl losing coach.

Dude read the quote YOU posted. "We make the playoffs every year and are SB contenders." Some of y'all need to kick it with Lions fan sometime.

Some of y'all need to travel back to the 1980s to see how a real championship franchise is run.
I'm still Superbowl or bust. You guys are good with just being competitive.

I said this on another thread and was silenced like you are and I'm also a critical thinker. Hope it works out for all however thought the way they treated Jimmy and Trey was disgusting.

I am also longtime niners fan who was at the Cowboy's comeback in the playoffs with a fumbled on sides kick. That is serious pain for a nine year old. I also remember when going to the NFCC and losing was a horrible year.

I do hope it works out though still love the Niners.....

The FO should get criticism for the trade, but they should also get credit for finding Brock. Both the trade for Trey and finding a Mr. Irrelevant in Brock and have him put up top 5 QB numbers is incredibly improbable, yet both things happened. You can't make this stuff up.

If Brock looks like he did last year, we found our guy for the next 15 years.

That's all I wanted. Mission accomplished.

If Brock doesn't work out, we are back to square one since we all know what Darnold is. Garbage and he proved it tonight besides the one throw.

Trading Lance was a mistake since if Brock gets hurt we are f**ked. I get it though he was moved to make room for Bosa and there needed to be some sort of pin drop.

I look at it this way. JL said we need the money to ys. There was no competition. KS spun it that way, but knows Darnold ain't it and is hoping to God that Brock doesnt get hurt. If Brock f**ks his UCL again, his career is most likely f**ked since he will need Tommy John Surgery. Look at Ohtani, poor guy is about to lose 200M cause of the same injury.

The clock has started to tick because you better be right when you fail this badly to evaluate talent at the most important position. 6 years... 6 years and we haven't found a franchise QB... Though it's looking like we lucked into one. Still we don't know if he's the real deal given the sample size. Furthermore, the unwinding of this FO and Coaching staff has begun. Lynch said it's not Lance's fault that they didn't build an O around his talents... KS is now saying that he believes they did but he got hurt....

So which is it? I think we are starting to see who wanted Lance and who didn't...

As much as I love KS... I always believed his stubbornness would be his downfall. There's a crack in the ship... We better hope that Brock can patch it make all go away or else it might be a long long season.

Championships arent easy and can take luck sometimes. Only 1 team wins. Being in position to win is what every team strives for.

Wasn't that hard for the patriots to win 6, hasn't been hard for the chiefs to become a new dynasty. Because they have a head coach who knows exactly wtf he's doing. He's actually a qb teacher. Something Kyle isn't. And he never will be.
I'm not ashamed. I'll admit it's disappointing we wasted so many assets on a project that didn't fit our timeline to contend. All things considered Mac Jones should have been the pick.

Of course not. Don't like what they did this offseason by signing Sam and then promoting him to QB2 - I think they made a wrong decision but this FO and coaching staff is significantly better than what we had for couple of decades.

Do think missing on 1st rd. picks over and over is not sustainable. They really need to figure out what they're doing wrong there - just like they need to win a Superbowl soon before that window closes with current set of stars we have.

In the non-salary cap era?

Lol at wasnt hard. Yeah they had the greatest qb but let's not act like there wasn't a lot of luck into them winning 6. Tuck rule, dumb ass Pete Carrol not giving it to Lynch, ATL blowing a 28-3 lead, Dee Ford offsides in KC, Myles Jack being called down and I'm sure I'm missing more

It's closing faster than you think, this is the last year I think before s**t hits the fan.

Yeah. I bet Eddie d would have won 5 more super bowls in this era. The Yorks are retards. This dates back to firing mooch for nothing. He got 6 years, Kyle is at 7 and has not won s**t. Fucjing harbaugh who's a better coach got 4 years .
jed won't fire Kyle now because of the bad rep he got for firing harbaugh. Kyle has overstayed his tenure here. If he don't win it all this year, things need to change. ASAP.
