49ers at Steelers Pregame Thread - 2023 Season Week 1

This is for those Directv users that are still pissed about losing Sunday Ticket.

I called them yesterday to see about getting the NFL Network Redzone. It is part od package of about 40 sports channels and they're offering it for $13.99 per month. I explained that I already receive all the channels in that package as part of my regular package. I wanted to know if they could give me some type of deal to add Redzone. The said it had to be the whole package

Someone at Directv really screwed up on this. They should have known that most of the channels were already included on at least half their regular packages. They made no provision to do a separate add on. They would even give me any discount on any of my existing additions like MGM+ or HBO.

Why not just google nfl streams and sometimes you may find a solid stream to watch the game

Ticket was only reason i even stayed with Direct, very happy with my decision to move on to YouTube TV. Fraction of the cost, same content, no equipment etc. now just need to get Verizon to honor the free nfl ticket promo they promised me if I traded in my phone .

Look up stream east streams and it'll give you every nfl game. I just go on sportsurge and it has every sport you could want to stream

They don't always lose week 1, but in general, it doesn't look great week 1. So that's should be the expectation. If we look sharp, that would be a good surprise.

This year, Im not worried about the offense. I'm worried about the defense cause we have a new coordinate who likes to blitz - usually is a period where the team has to learn how and when to execute blitz without giving up big plays. Couple that with our god awful special teams this pre season - I think this game is going to come down to if Brock can shoulder it. I have faith that he will be able to.

Have fun with lag, being 2-3 mins behind everyone else, with the very high possibility of freeze screens in the middle of the game

Sounds like we may sign a kicked too the PS. But moody seems to be progressing well and it's short term, per kyle.

we are also moving two more guys to IR, my guess is Ray Ray & Gray.

I remember leading up to that game, a lot on the Zone were really skeptical on the 49ers season because I think we lost to the Cardinals unexpectedly.
