We have had a tremendous amount of turmoil and uncertainty let the media tell it for a team that has been in the NFCCG the last two seasons. Then you look at PIT and they have a 15 year head coach or more and they have had a quiet offseason where they have been allowed to focus on football and grooming their young players. Over here we have a circus where the HC constantly has us in a QB carousel quandary and our front office is looking like deer in the headlights at times.
