Steelers ended last year with a lot of momentum and hype.
We have a lot of similarities. 2nd year rising quarterback, although ours had a better year.
Top tier pass rush, superstar safety, pro bowl running back.
We do have more star power on offense I think, but the Steelers allowed the least rushing touchdowns last year while we allowed the least yardage. We were nearly identical against the pass.
Playing in Pittsburgh isn't easy but at least if our PS kicker plays, he's kicked there before.
On paper it should be close but paper isn't reality. If Bosa doesn't play, I think it'll be a one score game.
Excellent post!
I think their D will go after McKivitz all day long w/stunts and bull rushes.
This is going to be a very tough game.
If Bosa isn't playing, it'll be a lot tougher.
Well, once I think about it, I think our edge guys just need to hold their ground.
AA and Hargrave should blow things up in the middle. We need Ferrell, Hyder, and Jackson to set the edge, contain, and do their thing. We know Hyder is great in this system, Jackson was scratching the surface, and Ferrell we hope can do better here.
If any of them stand out, we'll be better off than expected, at least short term.
