Alot of question marks. Likely no Bosa. Defense has looked mediocre at best in TC and pre season. No kicker.

Not running scared but this is a hell of an open to start the season. Maybe a nice warmup at AZ would have been better? Or maybe get them out of the way early. It would be most helpful to have Nick and Kittle out there.

Tied with Brock for interest will be our DC. I don't know why I'm not feeling as strong with him as I should. If we win the first two I'll be feeling better about our DC.

Imagine losing that warmup at Arizona then having to travel to Pittsburgh

They have one of the top dlineman in the league.. one of the top pass rushers in the league...and one of the top safeties/playmaker in the league.

One of the better running backs who wouldn't be intimated by our defense, and some recieving weapons.

So yeah if we are not on point and we don't rattle Pickett early on, they have the playmakers to stay in the fight.

We have to punch them in the mouth first, before they pull a Colt McCoy James Conner game on us.

I think Kittle will play. I thought Bosa would be signed by today since tomorrow (Wednesday) is the start of the practice work for the Steelers. If he isn't signed by tomorrow he isn't playing.

I think they can win without him but yes, it's going to have to be the Brock Purdy and offense show because the defense is probably just average without Bosa. The DEs do not scare anyone. Maybe Hargrave will be the difference, who knows.

All they gotta do is double Hargrave because no one else is going to consistently beat someone 1 on 1. I think we lose this game unless we put up near 40 or just run the ball great taking time off the clock. a lack of pass rush is a death sentence no matter whose at qb especially going against a team with 2 legit wrs, te, on the road, week 1 and 10 am at a hostile environment.
