These are his 2023 preseason highlights. Notice his big throws are all versus man coverage, and/or when he escapes the pocket..

Wilks will bring the disguised zone coverages.

I just hope I can watch it somehow since Direct TV hasn't showed FOX in weeks... what other options do I have. Fubo TV I am thinking...???

what kind of setup do you have, that doesn't show FOX?

I just have direct TV, and they have a contract dispute so FOX is not being aired.
get yourself a HD antenna. The game is pretty much nationally televised

Thanks. I am not familiar with an HD antenna. where does it hook up to?? and can I use it if I have Direct TV already set up on my TV?
you can find some decent smaller ones on amazon. the antenna hook up straight to the TV coaxial input. Once connected, search for channels on the TV menu and just find a spot in the house where you can get channel 2 pretty good

Lol antenna? Is this 1990?! I didn't even know they still made antennas. Lmao
you didn't know due to all that lag suffered from streams

Dude I still have old school Rabbit ears that I have hooked up to my smart TV haha. Always the best quality w/ no time lag if I can get it on local TV.

Lol I had a hanger tacked onto a wall once, classy..haha. 49ers games with the old hanger and 🍿. You could also use the used Jiffy Pop container/handle as an antenna if you wanted super upper class LOL

Let our front 4 feast. Go zone, and mix in a fire zone maybe a couple times if we so choose.
Thanks. I didn't know about this!

Anyone can suggest other options to view the 49ers game. Fubo TV? Hulu Live? sling? I have the NFL Plus app and it says you should be able to see local games live, but when I look on my app, it shows all the games that are supposed to be live in Stockton/Sacramento area as "out of market" which doesn't make sense to me. I was hoping I could at least watch the 49ers game on NFL plus on ipad. Direct Tv still has a dispute with the carrier of Fox so Fox is not being shown on Direct TV. UGH.

Google "puffer - Stanford". It's a free live tv channel that Stanford university hosts. Only allows 500 people on at a time so log in early on game day. It broadcast the games live in the Bay Area market

It plays into the hands of the 49ers defense, at least the way Saleh and Ryans called it - rush with four, play various zones behind it. Steve Wilks doesn't need to overthink this. Perhaps bring a safety down to help with run defense on run/pass neutral downs. But do "basic" stuff versus the pass, force Pickett to stay in the pocket and make his reads versus zone, while throwing disguises. Sure Pickett could have improved from 2022, but let him show that he has.

If not aired, I'd rather get the game's play-by-play right here in the zone. Sometimes the comments are more entertaining than the actual game.

lol that's the f**kin worse

at some bars, different tvs have the feed faster so a group of people will cheer before others
Another rainstorm game for Week 1, this time at Pittsburgh. This definitely favors the weaker team which is clearly the Steelers.

Im struggling to understand why people care about this, both teams will play in the same conditions.

thank you! weather can alter the game, but it's a part of the game. I always have felt football is a game, made to be played in the elements. Domes should be outlawed. If Green Bay and Buffalo can do it, so can all NFL cities

this is a picture of football being played and what it should look like :
